In compliance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and as part of its commitment to quality assurance and institutional governance, the institution has established an Online Grievance Redressal Portal. The portal provides a transparent, accessible, and time-bound mechanism for addressing grievances of students, faculty, and staff.

Grievance Redressal Process Flow

Submission of Grievance

The aggrieved stakeholder submits the grievance through the Online Grievance Redressal Portal by filling in the prescribed form and uploading relevant supporting documents, if any.

Action & Resolution

Appropriate action is initiated based on the nature of the grievance. Resolution is ensured within the stipulated time frame as prescribed by institutional policy and UGC guidelines.

Communication & Closure

The decision and action taken are communicated to the complainant through the portal. The grievance is formally closed after resolution, with provision for feedback, if applicable.

Scrutiny & Review

The grievance is forwarded to the concerned authority / Grievance Redressal Committee constituted as per UGC norms. The committee examines the grievance, seeks clarifications if required, and follows the principles of natural justice.

Acknowledgement & Registration

Upon submission, the grievance is acknowledged electronically and registered with a unique reference number for tracking purposes.
