Gazole Pharmacy College is committed to fostering an environment of academic excellence, ethical conduct, and personal responsibility. To maintain a safe, respectful, and productive educational atmosphere, all students, faculty, and staff are expected to follow the disciplinary rules outlined below. Any violation may lead to warnings, fines, suspension, or expulsion, depending on the severity of the misconduct.
Respect and Integrity
- All members of the college community must treat one another with respect, dignity, and fairness.
- Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited.

Attendance and Punctuality
- Students must attend all scheduled classes, laboratory sessions, and official college activities.

Behavior on Campus
- Students must maintain discipline, decorum, and appropriate conduct within classrooms, laboratories, hostels, and all campus premises.
- Unauthorized gatherings, protests, or activities that disrupt the academic environment are strictly prohibited.
Use of College Property
- College property, including classrooms, laboratories, library resources, and equipment, must be used responsibly and with care.
- Any damage, theft, or misuse of college property will invite strict disciplinary action, including compensation or suspension.
Dress Code and Uniform
- Students must wear the prescribed college uniform and maintain a clean, professional appearance at all times.
- Non-compliance with dress regulations may lead to warnings or restrictions from academic and co-curricular participation.
General Conduct
- Students are expected to uphold the values and reputation of Gazole Pharmacy College both within and outside the campus.
- Any conduct that harms the dignity or image of the college will result in appropriate disciplinary action as decided by the Disciplinary Committee.
