Gazole Pharmacy College is dedicated to maintaining a disciplined, secure, and academically enriching environment for students, faculty, and staff. These rules and regulations are established to promote respect, integrity, and responsibility while ensuring smooth academic and administrative functioning. Every student is expected to follow these guidelines to uphold the institution’s values and reputation.
Attendance
Students must attend all lectures, laboratory sessions, and seminars regularly. Insufficient attendance may lead to disqualification from examinations or loss of academic credit.
Safety & Discipline
Students must comply with all safety rules, laboratory protocols, and campus discipline measures to ensure a safe and respectful academic environment.
Academic Integrity
Any form of academic misconduct—such as cheating, plagiarism, or tampering with records—will lead to strict disciplinary action, including possible suspension.
Respect & Conduct
Respect toward teachers, staff, and fellow students is mandatory. Misbehavior, harassment, or bullying in any form will not be tolerated.
Clean & Green Campus
Students must maintain cleanliness in classrooms, laboratories, and common areas, supporting a clean and eco-friendly campus.
Dress Code & Identity
Students should wear the prescribed uniform and carry their college ID cards at all times within campus premises.
Mobile & Electronic Devices
Use of mobile phones or other electronic gadgets during lectures, labs, or examinations is strictly prohibited unless permitted by the faculty.
Punctuality
Students are expected to be punctual for classes, practical sessions, and college events. Repeated tardiness will result in disciplinary measures.
