Library Rules
The library of Gazole Pharmacy College is a vital learning resource center that supports the academic, research, and intellectual needs of students and faculty. To maintain an organized and disciplined environment, all users are required to follow the library rules listed below
- Students must carry their college identity card while entering the library and while borrowing books.
- Silence must be maintained inside the library at all times to ensure a peaceful study environment.
- Personal belongings such as bags, notebooks, and umbrellas must be kept outside or in the designated area.
- Each student may borrow a limited number of books for a specified period as per the library policy.
- Books must be returned on or before the due date to avoid overdue fines or suspension of borrowing privileges.
- In case of loss or damage to any book, the borrower must replace the same title or pay the current cost of the book.
- Marking, writing, folding pages, or tearing any part of library materials is strictly prohibited.
- Reference books, journals, and periodicals are for in-library use only and cannot be issued for home borrowing.
- Mobile phones must be switched off or kept on silent mode; phone calls or loud discussions are not allowed inside the library.
- All users must follow the librarian’s instructions and cooperate in maintaining discipline, cleanliness, and order within the library.
